My name is Angie, I am 28 years old. As on May this year I have completed my PGCE degree with the University of Sunderland. I completed both my placements with ESF schools in Hong Kong. After graduating from Kings College London, studying Business management I have always been inclined to pursue a career in the corporate world. However, after a few years I needed a change and decided to take my career in another direction. I have always had a passion to teach and believe in the importance of education for children today. As a teacher, my goal is to motivate students to do their best and extend their own personal limits. I encourage students to construct their own learning in an environment that stimulates and helps students to realise their full potential and I have seen great results with students in such a short period of time which motivates me further. I strive to instil a love of learning and to make learning exciting and interesting. I believe the primary years are the most crucial period in child’s education as they start to understand themselves as well as form their own opinions and ideas.
I am confident that my experience and skills will be an asset to child's learning and development and would love the opportunity to work you and my experience over the last year has equipped me with the flexibility, enthusiasm and confidence to do so. I am a hard-working diligent and efficient individual who thrives on self-improvement. My ability to learn exceptionally fast, exercise strong initiative and create high levels of confidence in those I worked with, allowed me to attain the considerable levels of responsibility that I wanted. My passionate, mature and hands on approach towards accurately analysing situations has been professionally developed from my employment.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
